Panelists will address how the new legislation and the proposed adjudication process will affect the way electrical contractors will be paid in the future.

Ted practices construction law, insurance law, and municipal liability defence. He handles lien, trust, delay & deficiency claims, contract & insurance coverage disputes, insurance defence, occupiers' liability claims, personal injury claims, and building code claims. Ted is a current director of the Grand Valley Construction Association and the Council of Ontario Construction Associations (COCA).
